
Here's the scripture that stuck this week:
Leviticus 23:22 The Message
"When you reap the harvest of your land, don't reap the corners of your field or gather the gleanings. Leave them for the poor and the foreigners. I am God, your God."
God is certainly mindful of the poor, and that's the heart he leads us to have as well. We love the poor, not to pat ourselves on the back, but because God is God...our God.
