Word Wednesday .::58

Word Wednesday is posted every Wednesday. Each week I post a scripture that I've read that week that has spoken to me in a fresh way. I believe that if we read God's Word every day, He will give us at least one scripture every week that will impact us. Sharing Scripture with each other is like iron sharpening iron. Leave a comment and share a scripture that has impacted you this week.

Here's the scripture that stuck this week:

Genesis 40:8 The Message

"They said, "We dreamed dreams and there's no one to interpret them." Joseph said, "Don't interpretations come from God? Tell me the dreams."

It's so important that we show and remind people that God is the source. I've learned to never assume that "giving God all the glory" is not a given with everyone. Joseph understood this very well.

What's your Word?

Lamentations 3:34-36--

To crush underfoot
all the prisoners of the earth,
to deny a man justice
in the presence of the Most High,
to subvert a man in his lawsuit,
the Lord does not approve.

This whole chapter is amazing, but these verses illustrate, to me, the importance of justice to the heart of God.
