For the second time this week, we went on our "Family Super Walk". We're walking from our house to Subway, which is 3 miles away, and back. So, we're getting a nice 6 mile walk. We do all this by while taking turns pushing a double stroller with our kids. This has proved to make it a bit of a challenge. It's actually been fun, and a great way to get out of the house. Our goal is to get into our desired shape by next summer...so we shall walk.
