I have one form of therapy in my life-it's mowing the grass. I don't really care to mow everyone else's lawn, but I don't mind grooming mine. I don't know why, but I enjoy the whole process of it. When I was growing up, my Dad didn't let me do a lot of this kind of stuff, cause he likes to do it as well. The only thing he made me do was "hold the cord." That's probably the only part of the process I don't like, dragging the power cord around.

What's therapeutic for you?

Garage sales. Just got home from one now - a fantastic retro mid century vintage sale.

To answer your question - I use After Effects and Premier. But I don't know what I'm doing, especially don't know how to chroma key yet ;)

Well, it certainly isn't mowing the lawn for me, I'm still trying to convince Amy that we should go with Astroturf. If you change your mind about other peoples yards, let me know. :o)

Anyway, for me, reading is quite therapeutic... now I just need to get some new books...

Gary, maybe you missed your calling? Holding the cord would have gotten you ready to be on of those football managers holding the cord on the sideline.

Nice work. I agree with mowing the lawn, but what is really therapeutic to me arranging the furniture in the house. I do it all the time.
