I was waking up and eating breakfast, when I realized what was happening.
We were sitting here watching some show we had recorded on video tape when Amy's sister called. She was really confused as to what was going on, but said we had to see it. So I turn off the VCR, and as soon as I saw the pictures, I knew. We had been attacked. I'll never forget that feeling.
i had just gotten to work and some of the nurses had the tv's on facing the nurses desk. everyone was kinda standing around with dumbfounded looks on their faces. I just stood there with this sick, horrified feeling in the pit of my stomach.
i was at home i didnt feel well that day. i remeber my dad calling me and saying turn on the news something has happened. so i did, all i saw was the first bulding billowing smoke trying to figur out what happened i saw the second plane crash. he told me get ready im getting your sis from school and your mom got let out of work we are coming home. then he said something i will never for get, "things will never be the sam now." i think things have gotten better but i think he was right. are genuration will allways have that scar in are lives and the question, Where were you?
